Timely Content Co-Ordinator

We are looking for a new Timely Content Co-ordinator to join our team and help us to screen every new applicant for a given job and ensure only qualified applicants come into play. This applies as well to vacancies and candidates in other locations in Europe where we have offices and hire.

Job responsibilities

• Responsible for proofreading, managing and maintaining content

• Responsible for content scheduling, ensuring the smooth delivery of required content across multiple stakeholders

• Editing content, ensuring that it meets editorial standards, is engaging to readers, SEO optimised and free from errors

• Daily communication with Content Managers and Writers

• Working with the rest of the team to ensure the continual improvement of content

• For purposes of SEO, ensure internal page linking is a constant consideration

• Seek dialogue with other BC teams to ensure best in BC practise 

• Helping with ongoing projects when needed

• Content migration and content optimisation when needed

• Ensure that all content is compliant in relation to current guidelines

• Various other content related tasks given by Superior

Job requirements

• Basic understanding of SEO

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS

• Basic understanding of WordPress

• Basic understanding of web page design

• Fluent in English
