Tiktok Specialist

We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just understand the platform—but dominates it with strategy, creativity, and conversion. If you live and breathe TikTok trends, know how to grow a brand through influencer partnerships, and have proven results on TikTok Shop, apply.

MUST HAVE

• Demonstrated ability working with influencers across social platforms, coordinating partnerships, campaigns, or promotional strategies
• Experience managing TikTok brand accounts and driving conversion-focused content
• Background in working with consumer-facing brands—e-commerce or retail experience is a plus
• Proven ability to work remotely while delivering measurable results

Shift Schedule Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm EST

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on TikTok experience
• Proven success generating at least $5 million in annual revenue through TikTok strategies (MUST HAVE)
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• Comfortable with a flexible scope of work and adapting to new challenges
• Strong understanding of TikTok Shop operations, including product listings, live selling, analytics, and promotional tools
• Deep knowledge of TikTok’s algorithm, trends, and content formats
• Skilled in analyzing performance data and making informed, revenue-focused decisions
• Exceptionally organized, self-motivated, and eager to take initiative
• Comfortable communicating in English (fluency not required)
