TikTok Shop Specialist – US Market 🇺🇸

What started as a Czech fitness and e-commerce project has grown into one of the fastest-growing European lifestyle brands. As we continue expanding internationally, new commerce channels like TikTok Shop are becoming a key driver of discovery and sales.

To help us grow in the US market, we’re looking for a TikTok Shop Specialist who will own the operational side of our TikTok Shop — managing product listings, optimizing the storefront, and supporting creators and campaigns that drive sales through the platform.

What you’ll be doing 🚀

• Managing the TikTok Shop admin and maintaining our product catalog
• Uploading and optimizing product listings, descriptions and visuals
• Ensuring products, pricing and promotions are correctly set up in the shop
• Supporting influencer and creator collaborations connected to TikTok Shop
• Coordinating product drops, launches and promotional campaigns
• Monitoring shop performance and identifying opportunities to improve conversion
• Working closely with marketing, influencer and design teams
• Troubleshooting operational issues within TikTok Shop

What we’re looking for

• Experience working with TikTok or TikTok Shop (admin, creator collaborations or shop management)
• Strong understanding of how TikTok content and commerce work together
• Ability to manage product listings and marketplace-style shop environments
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at once
• Communicative English for collaboration with international teams
• Interest in e-commerce, creators and social commerce trends

• Full-time role
• Location: United States or United Kingdom (London). We have office in Camden Town 🙂
