今回のポジションでは、グローバルで通用する “ECモール特化” の「ECコンサルティング組織」の拡大を行います。
最初は自らも現場でコンサルティング業務を行いながら、自社プロダクトの『ECマネジメントプラットフォーム AnyX』を組み込んだオペレーション/業務フローの改善、マニュアルの改善、組織設計、採用やメンバーへのオンボーディング設計/実行など、組織立ち上げ&拡大に一緒に “コミット” してくれる、マネージャーを募集します。
