【TikTok運用・広告配信実績】
・TikTokを中心としたソーシャルメディア運用経験および広告配信施策の実績をお持ちの方
【プロジェクトマネジメント能力】
・複数プロジェクトの進行管理、リスクマネジメント、予算管理の経験がある方
・自律的にプロジェクトを推進し、部門のビジョンに沿って業務を遂行できる方
【推進力と戦略的思考】
・市場動向やデータに基づいた戦略立案と、実行力を兼ね備えた方
・高いコミュニケーション能力と対外折衝力をお持ちの方
【動画コンテンツ制作・クリエイティブディレクション経験】
・ショートムービー等の動画コンテンツ制作やディレクションの実務経験がある方
【グローバルプロジェクト推進経験】
・国内外のプロジェクト推進経験、または英語を用いた業務遂行能力がある方
【新規事業立ち上げ経験】
・スタートアップや新規事業の立ち上げ経験をお持ちの方
