The TIBCO L3 Lead Engineer, This role requires deep technical expertise, architectural design capability, and leadership to define and govern the enterprise integration strategy using the TIBCO suite.

Responsibilities
Architecture & Design
Define Integration Architecture blueprints (SOA, Microservices, Event-Driven) using TIBCO products (BW, EMS, BE). Develop high-level and low-level design documents (HLD/LLD). Govern the design and code quality across all TIBCO interfaces.
Technical Leadership
Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the TIBCO platform. Lead and mentor a team of developers, conducting code reviews and establishing best practices/standards for development, error handling, and security.
Platform Management
Expert in TIBCO Administrator/TEA for domain configuration, security, and resource management. Deep knowledge of performance tuning, monitoring (Hawk), and ensuring the platform is highly available and fault-tolerant (HA/FT).
Advanced Development
Hands-on expertise in developing complex solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW6.x/CE), EMS (message routing, bridging), Adapters (ADB, File, SAP), and implementing API Gateway concepts.
DevOps & Standards
Define and implement CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Maven, Git) for automated TIBCO deployments. Enforce XML/XSD/WSDL/Swagger standards and best-of-breed integration patterns.
Troubleshooting (L3)
Lead complex, cross-platform L3 production issue resolution and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) related to TIBCO components, performance bottlenecks, and connectivity issues.
