We are seeking a skilled Third-Party Risk & Compliance Specialist to join us here in Denova as part of our exclusive talent pool!
We are looking for people who can work mid-shift or night shift, depending on client's request.
This role is open exclusively to candidates residing in the Philippines.
Key responsibilities:
Support the design, implementation and continuous improvement of risk and compliance frameworks across the procurement lifecycle.
Conduct control assessments and compliance testing on established frameworks, internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Identify risk assessments covering suppliers, contracts, categories and procurement processes to identify compliance gaps and control weaknesses.
Monitor regulatory, operational, financial, cybersecurity and third-party risks; and prepare clear, well-structured findings, recommendations and improvement opportunities.
Partner with legal, IT security, finance and procurement teams to review and validate contractual risks, service obligations, and compliance clauses.
Support due diligence activities for onboarding new suppliers, high-value tenders and strategic sourcing initiatives.
Work closely with business units and compliance stakeholders to ensure timely results and proper escalation of significant action points.
Maintain risk registers, prepare reports and present updates to leadership and cross-functional teams with utmost confidentiality.
Promote awareness of compliance expectations through training, communication and process guidance.

Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Law, Supply Chain, Information Security, or a related field – mandatory
6+ years of extensive experience in risk management, compliance, internal audit, or third-party risk in large international organisations – mandatory
Fluent in English (verbal and written) – mandatory
Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, internal controls, and procurement/commercial risk exposures
Proven experience reviewing contracts for risk, compliance, data protection, cybersecurity obligations, and service continuity
Solid understanding of supplier due diligence, risk scoring, and compliance monitoring methodologies
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and handle confidential and sensitive information
Proficiency in ERP tools such as SAP Ariba / Coupa or similar.
Relevant certification such as CRMP, CIA, is a plus
