Working Structure
  • Working Hours: 35–40 hours/week
  • Working Weeks:48 weeks/year (4 scheduled weeks off)
  • Base Hourly Rate:$30–$35/hour
  • Estimated Yearly Compensation:$61,000–$100,000/year (based on hours worked + performance/commission, where applicable)
Scheduled Weeks Off (Center Shutdown)
  • Week 1 Off: July 4th week
  • Week 2 Off: Thanksgiving week
  • Week 3 Off: Christmas week
  • Week 4 Off: New Year week

Think Zone is a fast-growing Bay Area-based learning center brand, offering personalized, effective math learning for K–8 students. Through a powerful combination of curriculum, system, and human support, we are scaling a new kind of education experience.


 

About the Role

We are hiring full-time Center Managers to lead and grow our flagship learning centers in the Bay Area. As the Center Manager, you’ll operate your center like a business owner—with full support from headquarters—and play a critical role in shaping students’ learning experiences, earning families’ trust, and building the future of the Think Zone brand.


 

What You’ll Do
Center Ownership & Operations
  • Lead day-to-day operations and ensure smooth classroom execution and scheduling
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with families and maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Monitor student learning progress and track parent/student feedback
Growth & Marketing
  • Promote your center through school outreach, events, and local partnerships
  • Convert trial students into long-term enrollments
  • Partner with our Growth Team to achieve center targets
Team Leadership
  • Recruit and train tutors with HQ support
  • Create a fun, professional, and reliable team culture
  • Maintain teaching/service quality through coaching, feedback, and accountability
System Contribution
  • Help pilot new systems, share feedback, and support process improvements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HQ teams (training, curriculum, marketing, operations)

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Based in the Bay Area and available for in-person full-time work
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in education, operations, customer service, or team leadership is a plus (not required)
