Think Academy is building a serious math competition program in the Bay Area and is seeking former AIME qualifiers, USAMO participants, or top AMC performers to join our team. This is not a tutoring position. We are looking for individuals who have competed at a high level and understand competition mathematics from the inside — rigor, structure, and standards.
AIME qualification, USAMO participation, or AMC high distinction strongly preferred
Or proven track record coaching students to AIME
Strong command of algebra, number theory, combinatorics, and geometry
Ability to lead structured, in-person group classes
Teach AMC 8/10/12/ Olympiad in-person group classes in San Jose
Train students toward AIME and advanced distinction
Contribute to curriculum standards and competition pathway design
High-performing coaches will have the opportunity to grow into Competition Program Lead or Academic Director roles.
