Position: Thai Native Speaker Consultant
Location: Must currently reside in Australia
Employment Status: Fixed-Term Contract
Time Commitment: Approximately 3 - 3.5 hours weekly / 12 - 14 hours monthly
Contract Duration: 1-year commitment

Role Overview:
As a Thai Language Consultant, you will be required to attend monthly business meetings, conducted exclusively in spoken Thai, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
You will be required to assist in content analysis tasks, including knowledge base management, online customer service support, proofreading, editing and content improvement. In addition you will collaborate during business meetings to make recommendations and suggestions directly to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure precise Thai spelling and grammar in written content
* Provide content analysis, including writing FAQs and managing knowledge bases
* Support online customer service through web and mobile platforms
* Proofread, edit, and make suggestions to enhance content quality
* Collaborate with the team to improve content effectiveness
* Participate in meetings and deliver recommendations directly to clients
Requirements:
* Native or near-native proficiency in Thai (Thailand)
* Must be residing in Australia
* Highly fluent in spoken and written English (near-native preferred)
* Strong attention to detail and precision in Thai language usage
* Experience in content analysis, knowledge base management, and online customer support
* Must have proofreading/ editing experience
* Ability to participate in client meetings and provide recommendations
* Comfortable working remotely and coordinating with international clients
