We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Transformation Consultant for our B2B SaaS Product, “Drawer”, to build up our team.

The member in the position will be responsible for building operations in Thailand and developing strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and retention, and fostering strong relationships with our customers.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Onboarding:

  1. Lead the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of our manufacturing solutions.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide training and resources to customers.

Account Management:

  1. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customer accounts.
  2. Understand customers' unique needs and challenges, and work to align our solutions with their goal.

Customer Engagement:

  1. Proactively engage with customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  2. Organize regular check-ins and reviews to assess customer satisfaction and product performance.

Product Knowledge:

  1. Develop an in-depth understanding of our manufacturing products and services.
  2. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to customers.

Renewals and Upselling:

  1. Manage customer renewals and proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our manufacturing and drawer solutions.

Partnerships and Alliances:

  1. Identify strategic partnerships and alliances that can enhance our market presence and customer acquisition efforts.

Reporting and Documentation:

  1. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
  2. Provide regular reports and updates to leadership on customer success efforts and outcomes.

Other general project management:

  1. Set and execute team goals and metrics (KGI/KPI)
  2. Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines
  3. Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
  4. Build an open-communication environment for your team
  5. Monitor progress and submit performance reports

Requirements

Qualifications

  • At least 5 year work experience as customer success, solution consultant or related roles
  • Experience in the manufacturing or relevant industry
  • Bachelor/Master degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • In-depth understanding of the sales administration process
  • Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
  • Strong analytical, leadership and organizational skills
  • Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude
  • Analytical and creative thinking
  • Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Native Thai and Professional English skills
  • Able to drive to visit customer sites in upcountry areas

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience in software industry
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Experience in business development, consulting, or digital transformation project
  • Japanese Language is plus but not required
