Tester (Project Rewire)

As a Senior Test Automation Engineer, you play a crucial role in testing and improving our customer environments. You test developed functionalities and focus on automated test processes. As a Tester, you are the conscience of the team: quality comes first, so you address team members about bugs and risks found. In this senior role, you do not limit yourself to the work in your team, but with the Test chapter you come up with ways to discover risks and errors at an early stage in all stages of the development process. You will become part of a new temporary team to be set up in the central Digital and Customer Interaction department. This team will be discontinued upon completion. In this department, we build the customer, business and intermediary portals, the websites and we deliver the Omnichannel platform.

We want to set up an improved digital claims handling. For this, we are setting up a new temporary team that must build this with full focus. The challenge is that we set up generic building blocks so that we can accelerate after the first claim funnel and also set up digital claim funnels for all other damage products. Our goal is to handle claims handling digitally in the most customer-friendly and fast way possible.
