What are we looking for?

• Up to 5 years of experience in the role for which the service is being hired;
• Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Management, or another relevant field;
• Experience with project management methodologies: Agile/Scrum, Design Thinking;
• Excellent analytical and communication skills;
• Attention to detail and proactive mindset;
• Willingness to learn and strong sense of responsibility;
• Knowledge of SAS, SAP, and Salesforce will be considered a plus;
• Knowledge of Jira and/or Confluence tools will be valued.
• ISTQB / PSTQB certification;
• Experience in functional and non-functional testing (planning, execution, and reporting);
• Familiarity with test management tools (Jira, Xray);
• Knowledge of data quality and compliance (privacy, security).
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams;
• Clear and effective communication;
• Strong attention to detail and quality orientation;
• Adaptability to dynamic environments.
• Knowledge of security and compliance practices (GDPR, AI ethics);
• Technical English (reading comprehension and writing skills.

What will you do?

• Ensure the quality of project deliverables.
• Create and maintain test documentation.
• Report bugs and follow up on their resolution.
• Support the definition of acceptance criteria.
• Monitor and support the execution of UATs (User Acceptance Tests).
• Ensure coordination between the project core team, the development team (Deloitte), and the business / testing teams.
