Qualifications and Certifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Professional Experience
Experience supporting testing activities for enterprise or public sector information systems.
Involvement in government digital transformation or system modernization projects is an advantage.
Ability to plan, execute, and document test cases, test scenarios, and test results in line with project standards.
Experience working closely with developers, solution architects, and functional teams to identify, track, and resolve defects.
Support functional, integration, and user acceptance testing activities.
Ensure quality assurance processes align with project governance, documentation, and compliance requirements.
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills to ensure system reliability and accuracy.
Fluency in Estonian and English is mandatory (written and spoken).
