Test Specialist

• Designs and documents test cases for software systems
• Executes tests
• Executes exploratory test sessions
• Reports test results and found defects
• Interprets test results, and reports on test progress and issues
• Cooperates with analysis, architecture, software development, and service desk teams
• Reviews project documentation
• Takes a test lead role in smaller projects

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field 
• Working knowledge of English: B2 or higher level. 
• Minimum of 5 years of IT-relevant professional experience
• Minimum of 5 years of project experience relevant to the profile or at a similar position
• Experience with testing using Azure DevOps Test Plans
• Hands-on experience with coding in one of the following languages: Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or VBS
• Hands-on experience with Test Automation using Playwright or equivalent tools
• Hands-on experience with creating SQL queries
• Hands-on experience with testing SharePoint-based applications
• Hands-on experience in testing complex systems for the amount of years per profile requested at the “minimum experience at a similar position”
• Well-versed and practical knowledge of software testing tools
• Expert in designing tests
• Analytical mind, attention to detail, and an ability to pick things up quickly
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

At least 1 certification among:

• ISTQB Advanced
• or an equivalent certification recognised internationally (subject to acceptance as a valid credential
• by the Contracting Authority)
• or 3 years of experience in test management above the required Minimum experience at a similar position
