As we continue to expand our presence in Ukraine, we are strengthening our team to support critical defense initiatives and drive innovation in unmanned aviation. We are looking for a motivated UAV Test Pilot to join our R&D team.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Conduct test flights of fixed-wing UAVs

• Perform experimental flight missions as part of research and development activities

• Record, collect, and upload flight logs for further analysis

• Document test results and prepare technical reports

• Collaborate closely with engineers and developers during testing and validation activities

Requirements

What you bring to the team:

• Hands-on experience operating fixed-wing UAVs

• Basic technical knowledge of electronics, aviation systems, or aeromodelling

• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail

• Willingness to learn and develop new skills

• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic R&D environment
