We are looking for an agile E2E QA manager to support us in the following key areas:

  • Define and champion comprehensive E2E test strategies and methodologies for the OneApp in Germany, ensuring uniform quality across iOS and Android platforms.
  • Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers and automation specialists, fostering professional growth and high-performance quality practices.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of robust mobile automation frameworks, maximizing automated coverage for efficient regression testing.
  • Manage test data, devices, and environments, ensuring appropriate resources are available for testing across necessary OS versions.
  • Own quality reporting, communicating the application's overall health, critical risks, and quality metrics to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with product teams to improve software quality and support release managers in app release planning.
  • Ensure transparency regarding system availability and readiness, proactively managing dependencies and resolving configuration issues to maintain stable test environments.
  • 5+ years of practical experience as a Test Manager, with a proven track record of managing large-scale, complex projects.
  • Expertise in stakeholder management, managing multiple business and IT stakeholders across various geographical locations.
  • Strong expertise in designing and implementing a test strategy for a mobile application.
  • Extensive experience in agile multi-team setups within large, complex application landscape.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset, ensuring that solutions meet business needs.
  • Knowledge of the current testing trends including AI4Testing usage.
  • Fluency in English with strong communication skills.
