Test Lead

10Pearls is looking for a skilled Test Lead to oversee testing processes and ensure quality delivery for our client projects. You’ll lead testing efforts, mentor team members, and drive best practices in ALM/Azure DevOps.

Your day-to-day:

• Work as a team member on projects to champion excellence in software testing.
• Ensure testing industry best practices are followed throughout the duration of projects to drive success.
• Escalate project-related testing issues to the Project Manager.
• Conduct training for new team members on writing good requirements-based test cases (various types including system, integration, UAT, End to End).
• Conduct training for new testing team members on executing test cases and logging defects.
• Conduct training for new development team on defect management.
• Upload test cases to ALM and/or Azure DevOps, as needed.
• Provide leadership with current testing status at least twice a day on active cycles.
• Configure and set up ALM and/or Azure DevOps Test Lab for execution.
• Lead Defect Triage meetings to facilitate defect visibility and to quickly move to resolution.
• Provide support and mentoring to testers during testing cycles.

Your background:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5+ years of software testing experience.
• Minimum of 3+ years of ALM and/or Azure DevOps experience.
• Very strong Excel skills.
• Firmly rooted in requirements-based Testing approaches and practices.
• Strong leadership capabilities.
• Very effective team player.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
