We’re adding an additional intermediate level Test Engineer to our Digital Engineering Team.

You’ll be involved in backend and frontend testing, predominantly involving Digital Platform APIs, websites, mobile apps and kiosks. You'll need good manual and automation experience, and sound knowledge of C# and Specflow.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Test backend and frontend applications using SpecFlow with Selenium Driver
  • Build BDD based API Test suites with SpecFlow and develop tests and helper classes in C#
  • Stand up and configure test environments for executing manual and automated test suites
  • Contribute to and enhance CI CD pipelines
  • Help to guide and mentor junior level Test Engineers within the wider engineering team

Requirements

We’re looking for:

  • Strong knowledge of automation and manual testing practices
  • Good backend and frontend testing experience with a focus on APIs
  • Proven experience with Automation tools such as Specflow and Selenium
  • Good experience with C#, and familiar with modern coding standards/practices, Octopus and DevOps, CI/CD pipelines
  • Exposure to Typescript and React would be beneficial
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, and a proven ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
