Test Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

Position Summary：

We are looking for a hands-on Test Engineer to support HVAC system and motor testing in our application laboratory. The role includes HVAC test operations, motor teardown, data reporting, equipment management, and logistics support.

Key Responsibilities：

-Install, operate, and test HVAC units (airflow tests on hooks platform, psychrometric chamber tests).

-Perform motor teardown, failure analysis, dynamometer testing, and electrical parameter measurements.

-Collect, organize, and report test data using Excel/PowerPoint.

-Maintain lab equipment, manage inventory, and coordinate facility upkeep.

-Handle logistics for domestic and international shipments (U.S.–China).

Qualifications：

-Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.

-3+ years of HVAC experience in the U.S.

-Familiar with HVAC test equipment and basic electrical measurements.

-Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong teamwork and communication skills.
