Test Coordinator (Mini Job/ Student Helper- ~40 hours/month (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Test Case Development: Create comprehensive test cases primarily for ERP systems, with potential expansion to other business systems
• Testing Organization: Plan, coordinate, and execute testing activities across different project phases
• Strategy Communication: Develop and communicate testing strategies to relevant teams and departments
• Stakeholder Management: Provide regular updates on test progress, findings, and quality metrics to stakeholders
• Documentation: Maintain clear and structured test documentation in Confluence
• Issue Tracking: Log, track, and manage defects and test results in Jira

Your profile

• Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestRail, or similar) is a plus
