Test Automation Team Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate test automation activities
• Design and implement E2E automated tests in Golf and Baseball domains
• Define and evolve the test automation strategy and roadmap
• Maintain and improve the code quality in test automation scripts via code reviews and mentoring
• Ensure execution, analysis, and reporting of automated test results
• Apply test automation patterns and best practices in existing and new projects
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve test design, implementation, test data generation, and overall efficiency
• Increase automated test coverage against manual regression tests
• Ensure effective defect management and root cause analysis
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure effective issue resolution and product quality
• Assist in user experience testing and perform automated performance tests
• Assist manual testing activities for mobile, web applications, and related hardware devices

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in mobile application, web application, or hardware testing
• 3+ years of experience with GUI test automation tools (e.g. Appium, Playwright and Selenium)

• 3+ years of experience in programming languages (e.g Python, Java) and scripting languages (e.g bash scripting)
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g Gitlab CI)
• Experience in API testing with tools like Postman, Swagger or similar Experience with load testing tools like JMeter
• Experience with test automation design patterns such as POM and Page Factory Experience in managing test cases and defects using test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Xray or similar)
• Familiarity with object-oriented programming principles
• Familiarity with AI-driven development tools to accelerate automation development
• Familiarity with testing processes for iOS, Android platforms, and modern web browsers
• Solid understanding of the software development life cycle and Agile QA methodologies
• Knowledge of ISTQB testing principles and terminology
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Team-oriented with strong communication skills
• Proficiency in written and verbal English
• BSc or MSc in Software/Computer Engineering or related fields
• Residence in İzmir
