Requirements

💡 Your daily responsibilities include:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright.

• Build and improve reliable test automation pipelines and infrastructure.

• Execute automated tests for functionality, regression, integration, API, and end-to-end validation.

• Collaborate closely with software engineers, manual testers, and product owners to translate complex backend requirements into automated test cases.

• Continuously improve test coverage and testing processes, working according to Agile methodologies.

💼 Essential qualifications, skills, and experience:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience in test automation.

• Strong experience with API, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.

• Strong practical experience with test automation tools. Playwright is our primary tool, but experience with Selenium, Cypress, or similar frameworks is also valued.

• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience working in Agile, cross-functional teams.

• Good communication skills in English.

• Proactive attitude, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Driven individual with a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement.

➕ Nice to have:

• Experience coaching or mentoring less experienced colleagues.

• Familiarity with containerization or virtualization technologies such as Docker.

• Experience with performance, security, or reliability testing.

• Experience with cloud-based testing environments and quality dashboards.

• ISTQB certification.

💻 Our recruitment process consists of three distinct steps, each designed to assess different aspects of a candidate's qualifications, skills, and alignment with the organization.

Stage 1 - 30-minute conversation with a Recruiter.

Stage 2 - 1-hour technical conversation with members of the engineering team.

Stage 3 - 1-hour conversation with our Project Director.
