Job Description and Requirements:
*Identify, develop, and implement appropriate test automation strategies for software projects.
*Continuously improve automation testing processes and align them with the latest technologies and methodologies.
*Select, develop, and implement test automation frameworks that are suitable for the organization.
*Utilize suitable tools and technologies for different types of testing (UI testing, API testing, performance testing, etc.).
*Provide guidance to team members and help enhance their technical competencies.
*Manage test automation processes and integrate them into continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
*Optimize both manual and automated testing processes to increase the efficiency and scope of test coverage.
*Work on increasing the coverage and success rates of automated tests.
*Present regular reports on automation testing processes to project managers and other stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
*Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
*Knowledge of security testing automation and related tools.
*Proficiency in DevOps and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes.
*Minimum 4+ years experience.
