As a Test Analyst, you will help develop, test, and support clients’ websites and internal systems, each with its own unique characteristics and requirements. Clients’ businesses are dynamic and diverse, and this role is no different – you will be challenged to innovate and adapt. You will gain exposure to their back-end architecture and a variety of modern front-end technologies. Many of their systems integrate with external platforms, providing experience across multiple platforms and APIs. You will also be involved in testing and maintaining their APIs, which enable external parties to interact with their systems.

Duties and Responsibilities:

·        Review existing testing processes, frameworks, and tools to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements, both initially and as part of ongoing continuous improvement

·        Design, write, and execute automated tests to ensure robust system validation

·        Maximize test coverage, focusing particularly on the most critical features of our systems

·        Determine priorities for test scenarios and create execution plans to implement them effectively

·        Develop documentation for automated processes, including test plans, test procedures, and test cases

·        Manage defects and generate test reports

·        Support the business during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production phases

Verification Testing:

·        Collaborate with both technical and non-technical team members

·        Understand the end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and escalate issues that may impact successful customer outcomes

·        Identify or create test data to support the execution of test scenarios

·        Contribute to continuous product improvement and innovation

·        Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success

Requirements

Must-have Skills / Qualification:

·        Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Tester

·        Scripting skills in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript

·        Experience developing test automation frameworks in an agile environment

·        Hands-on experience with Test Automation tools

·        Proficient with testing tools such as Playwright, Postman, Cypress, and Xray (Jira)

·        Experience establishing CI/CD pipelines for test automation

·        Familiarity with version control tools such as GitHub and Bitbucket

·        Proven track record of working collaboratively in a team

·        Comfortable working in squads and able to hit the ground running

Personal Skills:

·        Flexibility and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines

·        Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to identify improvements and suggest them to a team

Advantageous or Nice-to-Have Skills/Experience:

·        Testing experience with AI systems

·        Exposure to chatbot testing

·        Familiarity with non-functional testing

·        Finance background
