Territory Sales Rep

Lead and grow a hardscape sales territory while building strong relationships and leveraging advanced sales tools to drive market penetration and territory growth.

A successful Territory Sales Rep:

✔ Builds strong, trust‑based relationships with dealers and contractors
✔ Drives consistent territory growth and strong market penetration
✔ Maintains clean and insightful CRM data
✔ Acts as a hardscape expert and trusted advisor
✔ Represents the brand with professionalism and pride
✔ Collaborates openly to create win‑win scenarios across teams
✔ Strengthens dealer capability and contractor loyalty

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and grow your hardscape sales territory through strategic initiatives

  • Participate in world-class training and certification programs (Professional Sales Training, ICPI, NCMA)

  • Leverage our custom CRM and Business Intelligence tools to craft winning strategies and close deals

  • Train and enable dealer teams to grow their business with Techo-Bloc products

  • Maintain brand consistency and service excellence across all channels

  • Collaborate with internal teams, sales directors, dealers, and contractors to share knowledge and best practices

  • Maintain high standards for deliverables, visual branding, and user experience

  • Research and share creative product placement ideas on social media

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong and ambitious work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude

  • Post-secondary education

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a dealer network or hardscape/building materials industry

  • Experience building sales action plans, analyzing reports, hosting events, and developing customer relationships

  • Valid passport and ability to travel to Canada for training/meetings

  • Home office-based with daily face-to-face on-site meetings; must have access to South West OH, USA

  • Overnight travel expected for sales and training purposes
