Territory Account Manager - Midwest
TLDR
Play a key role in expanding customer bases throughout the Midwest region while leveraging innovative sales techniques and collaborating with a supportive team in a fast-growing organization.
- Identify, develop and expand customers in the assigned region: IL, IN, IA, KS, MI, MN, MO, NE, ND, OH, SD, WI, WV and KY.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls, emails and web 2.0 tools.
- Generate additional demand through partner events; studying the market for newer trends and reporting the same to the management.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Perform effective online demos to customers.
- Help partners to prepare quotations and proposals.
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
- Maintain and expand the database of contacts on corporate CRM.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent phone manner.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Travel might be required 30% of the time.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Excellent relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
