Contribute to the lifecycle of tenders while collaborating with sales and marketing to enhance compliance and efficiency in a dynamic MedTech environment.
Own the full lifecycle of tenders, including RFP monitoring, bid preparation, submission, and tracking, ensuring competitive and compliant proposals.
Maintain and organize contract files, pricing, discounts, and hospital acquisition documentation; ensure accuracy and up-to-date records.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and other departments to gather inputs, support submissions, and provide tender- and contract-related information.
Monitor public procurement platforms and proactively identify relevant tender opportunities.
Evaluate, optimize, and implement tender, offer, and contract workflows to improve team efficiency.
Ensure compliance with internal QMS and domestic/global regulations while handling sensitive data responsibly.
Analyze and report on tender- and contract-related data to support business decisions.
Business fluent Polish speaker; fluent in English; fluent in German.
Proven experience in contracting and/or tendering, preferably in Polish public procurement.
Proficient in MS Office; experience with CMS or tender/contract management systems is a plus.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across functions.
Proactive mindset with problem-solving abilities and a focus on continuous process improvement.
Experience in MedTech, life sciences, or pharma sectors would be considered as a plus
