  • Your Main Responsibilities
    • Own the full lifecycle of tenders, including RFP monitoring, bid preparation, submission, and tracking, ensuring competitive and compliant proposals.  

    • Maintain and organize contract files, pricing, discounts, and hospital acquisition documentation; ensure accuracy and up-to-date records.  

     
    • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and other departments to gather inputs, support submissions, and provide tender- and contract-related information.  

    • Monitor public procurement platforms and proactively identify relevant tender opportunities.  

    • Evaluate, optimize, and implement tender, offer, and contract workflows to improve team efficiency.  

    • Ensure compliance with internal QMS and domestic/global regulations while handling sensitive data responsibly.  

    • Analyze and report on tender- and contract-related data to support business decisions. 

    What We Are Looking For
    • Business fluent Polish speaker; fluent in English; fluent in German.  

    • Proven experience in contracting and/or tendering, preferably in Polish public procurement.  

    • Proficient in MS Office; experience with CMS or tender/contract management systems is a plus.  

    • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.  

    • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across functions.  

    • Proactive mindset with problem-solving abilities and a focus on continuous process improvement. 

    • Experience in MedTech, life sciences, or pharma sectors would be considered as a plus
