A Little More About The role:We’re looking for a Temporary Revenue Operations Analyst, a critical position the Sales team relies on for quote and proposal preparation. The Revenue Operations Analyst also serves as the “go-to” resource for sales research support, ultimately playing a vital role in Gravie’s ability to win deals.  You will: Prepare quotes, financial analyses and proposals Serve as the liaison between the Sales and Underwriting teams during the quoting process Coordinate provider and pharmacy searches with network and pharmacy benefit management (PBM) partners Utilize Salesforce to enter, analyze and report on quoting data Collect all necessary materials for review during the quoting and renewal process Ensure all necessary materials required during the quoting and renewal process are up-to-date and stored correctly in shared company folders Assist with sales research and requests Demonstrate commitment to our core competencies of being authentic, curious, creative, empathetic and outcome oriented. You bring: Bachelor’s degree Proficiency in Excel including pivot tables, macros, functions, vlookups, etc A high degree of organization, accuracy and detail-orientation A resourceful, driven and resilient attitude Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines Strong internal customer-service skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Extra credit: Previous experience quoting or underwriting at a health insurance carrier or agency Gravie:  In order to create a more equitable and sustainable future for employer-sponsored health insurance, we need talented people doing amazing work.
