Location: Fort Worth, Onsite
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, standard business hours (approximately 40 hours per week)

You will be responsible to:
We are looking for a motivated and organized Recruiter to join our team for a 3-month temporary assignment. This role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in recruiting and support the hiring process from start to finish.
To be considered for this role:
Assist with sourcing, screening, and reviewing candidates for traveling wind technician candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between technician candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Support the Recruiting Specialist with administrative tasks and special projects, including onboarding.
Help ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
To qualify for this position, you must have:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of recruiting experience
Familiarity with ATS systems (e.g. Recruitee) and sourcing tools.
Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
