SALARY RANGE: $22.00/hour
TIME COMMITMENT: 1-2 hours per week between 10-2pm; Thursdays in person with an occasional additional day

*LIFT operates sites in Chicago, Los Angeles, DC, and New York. Currently, LIFT is operating as a hybrid work environment. Accordingly, this role will be expected to work in the DC office 1-2 days a week; Thursdays and potentially one other day of the week.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Administrative Office Assistant will ensure smooth operations of the DC office through overall office management and assisting the DC Executive Director. The Administrative Office Assistant will work in close collaboration with program, development, IT, and Talent & Culture staff to create a welcoming environment for visitors and staff. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of routine and ad hoc tasks, is highly organized, and thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
*This temporary part-time position requires approximately 1-2 hours per week. The Administrative Office Assistant needs to accomplish most tasks during core business hours Monday through Friday and is in the office 1-2 days a week (Thursday and potentially another day depending on the need).
