As the front door of the University of Notre Dame, the Customer Service Rep engages visitors, providing information and support while ensuring a warm welcome to the campus.

The Customer Service Rep, Eck Visitor Center, will work 8-24 hours per week to inform and inspire visitors - whether they come for the first time or have a long Notre Dame legacy. As the “front door” of the University of Notre Dame, the Eck Visitor Center Customer Service Rep is responsible for welcoming all alumni and visitors to campus as well as answering the telephone in a timely and polite manner. Visitor Center staff will also be responsible for any administrative support at the request of the alumni association staff. Candidates must be able to work some evening and weekend shifts, and home football Fridays and Saturdays. Hours vary weekly.
Preferred qualifications:
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8 AM - 5 PM, with occasional after-hours or weekend shifts. Must be available on Fridays and Saturdays for home football games.
Hours: 8 - 24 hours per week
Hourly rate: $15.00
