About the opportunity:
We are the internal recruitment partner for our client, an independent, family-owned company with an established presence across the UK.
We are presenting an exciting opportunity for a highly driven and customer focused Telesales Manager to lead and inspire the telesales teams, this role will be based in our Head Office at Peterborough, with some travel to other depots
The successful Telesales Managerwill instil a high-performing sales culture, driving the team to identify and capitalise on upselling and cross-selling opportunities while diligently achieving set KPIs and targets.
You will encompass comprehensive management tasks, including call allocation, leave authorisation, monitoring absences, and coordinating staff rotas. You will also set and monitor your teams KPI’s, ensuring hands-on participation in daily sales activities.
Problem-solving will be a key part of your role—quickly troubleshooting daily challenges and expertly handling escalations will be crucial for your success.
