We are a fast-growing group of fintech, digital, and telemarketing companies, expanding rapidly across the GCC market. As part of our 2025 growth plan, we are hiring 30 to 50 Inside Sales Representatives to drive our telemarketing campaigns.

Position Summary

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for engaging prospects and clients through telemarketing campaigns, building trust, qualifying leads, and driving conversions into our financial and digital services. This role blends telesales, customer support, and relationship management, making you a key player in expanding our presence and ensuring client satisfaction across the GCC.

The Position will be located in Saidi City 

Key Responsibilities

Telemarketing & Sales

  • Conduct outbound calls to targeted prospects in the GCC region.
  • Present and promote company services, platforms, and offers with professionalism.
  • Qualify leads, understand customer needs, and book follow-up calls or demos.
  • Support the sales pipeline by scheduling meetings for senior advisors and closing smaller deals directly.
  • Maintain high activity levels while meeting or exceeding monthly targets.

Customer Relationship & Support

  • Act as the first point of contact via phone, chat, and email.
  • Guide clients through onboarding, documentation, and account setup.
  • Provide clear product and platform explanations to build confidence and trust.
  • Handle objections, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Keep accurate records of all client communications in CRM systems.

Client Engagement & Retention

  • Conduct follow-up calls to maximize client engagement and encourage adoption.
  • Support platform demos, walkthroughs, and training sessions.
  • Proactively maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage retention.
  • Collect client feedback to improve products, services, and sales scripts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (preferred).
  • 2–5 years’ experience in telemarketing, telesales, or inside sales.
  • Experience in fintech, payments, or blockchain is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and persuasive skills in both English and Arabic; French is a plus.
  • Confident in handling client objections and closing conversations.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and MS Office.
  • Interest or knowledge in blockchain or financial markets is a strong plus.
