We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telemarketer / Outreach Specialist to support business development efforts within the auto insurance medical (PIP) claims space. This role focuses on strategic outbound outreach to key decision-makers including PIP claims executives, Special Investigation Unit (SIU) leaders, medical review units, and legal departments.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop persuasive outreach scripts and tailored messaging for targeted campaigns
- Conduct strategic cold calls to auto insurance medical (PIP) claims professionals
- Execute outbound email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach initiatives
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and engage decision-makers
- Research and identify appropriate executives and department leaders
- Clearly communicate our expertise and value proposition
- Schedule high-level strategy calls between qualified prospects and internal team members
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activity in CRM
- Track outreach metrics and report performance data
Qualifications
Required:
- Strong verbal communication and persuasive phone skills
- Ability to confidently engage executives and department leaders
- Experience with outbound prospecting and cold outreach
- Proficiency in:
- Microsoft Office Suite
- CRM systems (experience with HubSpot preferred)
- LinkedIn (Sales Navigator)
- Email automation platforms
- Basic reporting and data tracking in Excel or Google Sheets
- Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline
Preferred (Not Required):
- Previous experience in auto insurance, PIP claims, SIU, medical review, or legal departments
- Established industry contacts from prior roles or projects
- Background in B2B sales, insurance services, or legal/claims environments
