Qualifications
2+ years of clinical experience as an RN (BSN required) preferably in telehealth
1+ year experience providing abortion & reproductive healthcare
Active state licensure (RN) and licensed in CA and at least one of the following states: CO, IL, MI, NJ, NV, NY, OH, VA or compact state license plus CA
Strong clinical assessment and triage skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in real time
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear, empathetic guidance to patients in moments of stress or uncertainty through chat and virtual visits
Ability to navigate clinical protocols, regulatory requirements, organizational policies related to patient care and documentation
Skilled at using online tools and technology to deliver care and communicate with patients
Experience providing trauma-informed, patient-centered care
Commitment to reproductive justice and expanding access to abortion care
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, mission-driven startup environment
Eager to engage in constant process improvement to refine our tools and operations for improved care delivery
Preferably bilingual in Spanish
