Responsibilities

Lead Generation and Promotional Research

• Identify relevant threads, groups, and online communities using search tools and hashtag
• Conduct promotional research aligned with each client's niche and growth goals
• Develop targeted outreach strategies in coordination with the Leads Team

Campaign Management and Content Execution

• Publish engaging content and captions across promotional channels
• Manage a set budget for purchasing high-performing promo materials
• Customize visuals and copy based on each client’s tone and audience

Workflow Optimization and Communication

• Help streamline processes and improve efficiency across marketing workflows
• Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams through dedicated channels
• Report conversion metrics and performance data to the Leads Team

Client Support and Platform Management

• Maintain strong relationships across multiple client accounts
• Collect and organize data using platforms such as Notion
• Ensure leads and conversion flows are consistent and optimized for each client

Requirements

• Prior experience in Telegram promotions, influencer marketing, or social media outreach.
• Knowledge of client-facing digital marketing tools or CRM platforms.
• Experience handling budgets or ROI-focused content strategies
