Join Staff4Me as a Telecom Admin, where you will play a vital role in managing and optimizing our telecommunications systems. As a Telecom Admin, you will oversee the daily operations and administration of telecom services, ensuring seamless communication inside and outside the organization. Your skills will be essential in coordinating with various teams to ensure the efficiency and security of our telecom infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

▪ Daily Duties will consist of taking phone

calls from customers. During these calls the

agent will gather key information from

customer and create a new ticket or

update current ticket.

▪ Agent will also be monitoring email and

ticket board for any new/updated

information and notifying the correct

parties as needed.

▪ Agent will also be performing Tier 1 task

such as but not limited to: Voicemail

Password resets, extension name changes,

simple programming changes, basic

troubleshooting for down systems/sites

unable to call in/out.

▪ Agent will work with customer/techs on

site to offer basic hardware

troubleshooting and if need be, perform

remote desktop support via laptop.

▪ Agent will also work as a liaison between

customer/tech and higher tiered support

at times.

Requirements

• Experience with the Mitel SX-200 ICP, Mitel

MiVoice Business (3300), Mitel MiVoice

Office (400), and PhoneSuite Voiceware is

a plus, but is not required.

• Training will be provided.

• Basic TCP/IP understanding is required
