We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Tele Sales Executives to join our growing team. As a Tele Sales Executive, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone, presenting our products and services, and generating qualified leads to support our sales team. Your role will be vital in helping us expand our customer base and contribute directly to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and effectively.
  • Handle customer queries and objections confidently and professionally.
  • Generate sales leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain regular contact with prospects.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in tele sales or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle objections and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and positive attitude.
  • Minimum high school diploma; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
