1.Be responsible for the deployment, planning, implementation, and maintenance of virtualization and cloud-based service systems.

2.Take charge of O&M assurance for virtualization and cloud-based service systems, take the lead in technical planning and implementation of cloud-based service system monitoring, troubleshooting, and reliable emergency response, monitor the running status of various public cloud services (network, database, middleware, and storage), and identify risks. Analyze root causes, propose corresponding technical solutions, and implement the solutions.
3.Work closely with the product R&D team to continuously improve the operation quality and automation, flexibility, and scalability of the product.
4.Deeply participate in O&M platform construction to improve O&M efficiency.

Requirements

Service skill requirements:

1.Have a basic command of Linux, networks, TCP/IP protocols, and VPN.
2.Have a good command of script languages such as Shell, Perl, and Python. Have general knowledge of components such as MySQL, Redis, Ngnix, Kafka, and ZooKeeper.

Professional knowledge requirements:
1.Familiar with basic communication principles. Experience in BSS/VAS service O M is preferred.
2.Have strong communication and expression skills, strong proactive service awareness, keen on new technologies, and good at summarizing and sharing.
3.Familiar with cloud-native technologies (k8s/docker) and AI technologies is preferred.

4. Good level of Turkish and English speaking is must

5. Need share recent CVs in English

6. Can work under high pressure
