Gestão processo de contratação, Atendimento a todos os funcionários de todas as unidades;, Atendimento aos gestores para aplicação e adequação processos seletivo Recrutamento e seleção; Análise e enquadramento salarial de novos contratados e promoção interna; Entrevistas de seleção e admissão de profissionais; s e pesquisas salariais; Desenvolvimento de plano de Seleção e Contratação de profissionais junto a gestão; Parceria com universidades e outras instituições para levantamentos de novos candidatos.
Perfil
- Sólida Experiência com o segmento de seleção no mercado automotivo;
- Boa comunicação e conhecimento em Ferramentas de Seleção;
- Facilidade de relacionamento;
Educação
- Formação em área relacionada é necessário;
Idiomas
- Inglês Avançado ou Fluente;
- Espanhol será um diferencial;
- Português Nativo ou Fluente;
Horário: De Segunda a sexta-feira das 08h às 17h
