What We are looking for 

We’re seeking a TechOps Team Lead to guide our TechOps Analysts and Engineers, shaping the future of our technical operations. As a TechOps Team Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring reliable, scalable, and high-quality technical operations while developing a high-performing technical team.

What you will work on

• Lead, coach, and develop TechOps Analysts and Engineers
• Own incident management quality, governance, and escalation frameworks
• Review and drive improvements for all major incidents and post-mortems
• Ensure team KPIs, SLAs, and objectives are consistently met
• Act as primary stakeholder contact for technical operations
• Drive operational excellence, automation, and process improvement initiatives
• Ensure on-call coverage, readiness, and continuous improvement

What you bring

• BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field; MSc is a plus
• 5+ years of experience in technical operations, SRE, DevOps, or similar roles
• 2+ years of experience in a technical leadership or people management role
• Fluency in Greek and English (both written and verbal)
• Strong experience in incident management, escalation governance, and post-mortems
• Solid technical background in production systems and reliability engineering
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Strong ownership, decision-making, and strategic thinking abilities
