Technology Lead with AI & ML Expertise

As a Technology Lead at Vivify Healthcare, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Design, implement, and improve IT systems, focusing on integrating AI and ML capabilities to enhance functionality and user experience.
2. Develop and maintain scalable code, including AI/ML algorithms and back-end components, to improve overall system performance.
3. Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues, particularly those related to AI/ML model deployment and maintenance.
4. Test and debug programs, with emphasis on AI/ML model accuracy and reliability.
5. Implement robust security and data protection solutions, especially for sensitive healthcare data used in AI/ML models.
6. Assess and prioritize feature requests, identifying opportunities to apply AI/ML technologies.
7. Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand requirements, map objectives, and provide AI/ML-driven technical solutions.
8. Set standards, expectations, and benchmarks for AI/ML projects, ensuring excellence in execution.
9. Demonstrate commitment to continuous learning and adaptation in the rapidly evolving field of AI and ML.
10. Develop strategies and provide technical advice to effectively incorporate AI/ML solutions within our tech stack and business model.

• Experience and Technical Skills: Minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience, with a strong background in AI and ML technologies, excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills. Experience in healthcare digital products is a plus.

• Leadership and Project Management: Strong leadership and organizational abilities, with experience leading AI/ML projects, determining requirements, developing work schedules, and managing risks.

• Communication and Reporting: Excellent communication skills, ability to convey complex AI/ML concepts to non-technical stakeholders, write progress reports, and deliver presentations.

• Innovation and Industry Awareness: Strong focus on developing innovative AI/ML-driven applications, keeping up-to-date with industry trends, and ensuring the application of cutting-edge technologies.

• Transparency and Continuous Improvement: Ability to foster a culture of transparency and continuous improvement in AI/ML projects, addressing challenges and successes openly.

Will be Plus:

• Experience in Digital Healthcare Products and Services

Remuneration / Salary:

• INR 80,000 to 130,000 Per Month (DOE - Depend on Experience)
