WHAT IS YOUR ROLE

The Technology Implementation Specialist plays a crucial part in ensuring our customers successfully implement and configure our platform to meet their business needs. plays a crucial part in ensuring our customers successfully implement and configure our platform to meet their business needs. 

This is a hybrid technical and consultative role, requiring a deep understanding of automation, and CRM technologies. While you won’t be expected to develop solutions from scratch, you should be comfortable modifying, configuring, and optimizing existing systems to meet business requirements. You will collaborate cross-functionally with clients, internal teams, product experts and technology partners to deliver customized solutions that maximize Iterable’s value.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • Lead the end-to-end process of researching, configuring and optimizing Iterable’s platform based on customer requirements and use cases.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Product teams to provide tailored product implementations.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving configuration-related issues.
  • Manage any necessary technical elements, including scripting and API integrations, to ensure successful deployment (with limited support provided from Engineers).
  • Provide guidance and training to customers on platform capabilities and best practices.
  • Conduct technology readiness evaluations by analyzing customer problem statements, desired outcomes, and documentation for customer suitability.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to configurations, workflows, and processes.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement in product configuration.
  • Stay up to date with Iterable’s latest features and enhancements to provide expert-level support.

YOU HAVE…

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience in product configuration, implementation, or a similar role in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, customer engagement platforms, or CRM solutions.
  • Experience in assessing business requirements and designing technical solutions that enhance operational efficiencies.
  • Technical proficiency in APIs, data integration, and workflow automation.
  • Experience configuring and managing automation and/or CRM tools (e.g., Zendesk, Gorgias, HubSpot).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a passion for helping customers succeed.
  • Experience with SQL, JSON, or scripting languages is a plus.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
