We are looking for a highly organized and analytical Intern to support the Operations of our IT Outsourcing division.

This role provides hands-on exposure to business operations, financial tracking, people coordination, and commercial processes within a fast-growing technology services environment.

The intern will work closely with the Head of Technology Consulting and gain real experience in how outsourcing businesses operate at scale.

*Currently enrolled as a student in a recognized educational institution in Greece, obligated and eligible to participate in an internship program as required by Greek law.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary coordination point for consultant communication (availability, updates, general issues, alignment)
  • Monitor submitted timesheets and declared hours, ensuring operational consistency
  • Consolidate approved working hours and prepare structured internal reports (revenue overview, cost tracking, margin snapshots)
  • Maintain and update operational tracking files (consultants, rates, contract timelines, renewals)
  • Work closely with HR on interview coordination, feedback tracking, and candidate pipeline monitoring
  • Keep structured interview notes and maintain candidate documentation
  • Maintain and update CV database of consultants, ensuring profiles reflect current assignments and responsibilities
  • Provide structured administrative and reporting support to the Head of Technology Consulting
  • Ensure accuracy, organization, and confidentiality of sensitive commercial data

Requirements

  • Student in Business Administration, HR, Management, Economics or related field
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Comfortable handling data and working with Excel
  • Organized, detail-oriented and structured
  • Professional and discreet with confidential information
  • Fluent in Greek and English
