About the Role

iCapital is looking to hire a Technology Business Management (TBM) Associate. This individual will be a core member of the Technology team and will play a critical role in supporting the operational infrastructure. This role reports directly to the Head of Technology Business Management and focuses on delivering high‑quality reporting, supporting internal communications, coordinating engagement programs, managing components of the Technology Development Rotation Program, and executing a variety of business management initiatives.

This is a high‑trust, high‑visibility position focused on operational execution, precision, and consistency. The ideal candidate is experienced, detail‑oriented, tech‑savvy, AI‑literate, respectful, and comfortable in a role that is supportive. This position is designed for someone seeking long‑term stability and mastery within the Business Management function.

Responsibilities

  • Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting packages for the CTO and Technology leadership.
  • Consolidate and validate data inputs from Engineering, Product, and Operations teams.
  • Build dashboards, summaries, and visual insights using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Leverage AI tools to improve data synthesis, summarization, and reporting quality.
  • Draft and edit internal communications, announcements, updates, and newsletters.
  • Develop and refine executive‑ready presentations and maintain content templates and standards.
  • Coordinate the Technology team's engagement programs, including events, recognition, and all‑hands logistics.
  • Track engagement metrics and partner with the HR and Communications teams on program execution.
  • Support the Technology Development Rotation Program, including scheduling, documentation, and communications.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding logistics for rotation program participants.
  • Execute ad‑hoc projects, maintain process documentation, and identify workflow improvements using technology and AI.
  • Assist with operational planning, tracking, and follow‑through for Technology Business Management initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of experience in business operations, program coordination, project management, PMO support, communications, or technology‑adjacent roles
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting or dashboard tools (i.e., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Experience using or a strong interest in using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or AI‑enabled analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, documentation discipline, and project management ability
  • Demonstrated success managing recurring deliverables with accuracy and consistency
  • High level of professionalism, respect, and discretion, especially when handling sensitive information
  • Comfort supporting senior leaders in a fast‑paced environment
  • Experience supporting a technology, engineering, or CTO organization is preferred
  • Experience with internal communications, employee engagement, or program operations is preferred

 

Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $90,000 to $110,000.  iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
