Responsabilités:
Chez Alice&Bob vos principales missions seront :
• L’exploitation d’un équipement d’évaporation d’indium pour le dépôt de couches minces
• La réalisation des étapes de lift-off et des opérations de nettoyage après le dépôt d’indium
• La caractérisation des couches minces par profilométrie et microscopie optique
• La rédaction de rapports sur les différentes étapes du procédé afin d’assurer le suivi de la production des “puces quantiques
