ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Equipment Maintenance and Repair:
  • Sustain EMI equipment (Sputtering, Unit Ball Attach, Reflow, Plasma, Taping, Mounting, and De-taping) uptime above the targeted goals.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment to ensure smooth production operations.
• Preventive Maintenance:
  • Complete all scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities and equipment conversions within the stipulated time.
  • Ensure zero post-maintenance issues.
• Performance Metrics:
  • Maintain and improve Mean Time Between Alarms (MTBA), Repeat Alarm metrics, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) to meet or exceed set targets.
• Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify and address recurring issues to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to implement process improvements.
• Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
  • Generate and submit reports on equipment status and any deviations from goals.
• Safety and Compliance:
  • Adhere to safety protocols and ensure all maintenance activities comply with company and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in Safety, 6S audits and training sessions.

REQUIRED:

• Certificate / Diploma  in  Electrical & Electronic / Mechatronic or  Equivalent.
• Must be able to work in 12 hour shift
• Able to read, write and converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia

PREFERRED:

• Familiarity in computer system & computer network
• Familiarity in MS Excel, Word, Power Point & Outlook
• Able to work independently
• Have a good interpersonal skill

SKILLS:

• Knowledge in Basic Troubleshooting Flow (Electrical & Mechanical)
• Knowledge in Electric / Electronic Component
• Knowledge in Sputtering, Unit Ball Attach, Reflow, Plasma machine will be an added advantage
