job Title: Technical Writer with BA or Architect skills:
Location: Copenhagen, Denmark
Duration: 6-12 month contract
Working Mode: Hybrid (3 days onsite a week)
Responsibilities:
· Participating in NGS2.0 implementation of Vault Safety as a member in the integration team
· Support alignment of technical documentation in the integration team and across teams
· Drive technical writing supporting the integration team and system architect
· Support environment management across program ensuring that environments are available and coordinated with suppliers and teams
· Support test data effort on creating a strategy, governance model and executing tasks related to test data management
· Perform ad hoc gap analysis and technical feasibility analysis
· Collaborate on ad hoc tasks with other initiatives with dependencies to the NGS2.0 program
To be successful in this role, we believe that you should have:
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
· 2+ years of proven experience as an Architect, Technical Business Analyst or Technical Writer.
· Experience working with SaaS system implementation on a technical level
· Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate technical concepts effectively and collaborate with diverse teams.
· Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
· Excellent at driving a task, ensuring progress and involving peers for help when needed.
· Passion for learning and engaging with diverse technical concepts
Other qualifications which would be beneficial:
· Relevant certifications
· Experience with Veeva vault products or specifically Veeva Vault Safety
· Experience with GxP validation processes
· Experience with Pharma and understanding of the Safety domain
· Familiarity with best practices for Agile development in SAFe framework or similar
