As a Technical Writing specialist, you will be instrumental in developing and refining our product and internal documentation. You will dive deep into our technology, collaborating closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and testing functionality firsthand to create content that is not only intuitive for our users but also structured for comprehension by emerging AI technologies. If you are passionate about learning, technology, and customer success, this role offers a unique opportunity to shape how people interact with our products.
At DomainTools, you will work as part of a collaborative team of smart and engaged engineers. This role requires a self-starter who can work with multiple projects and teams. You will need to manage priorities across projects and keep product management updates with the status of content.
